Exchange over Notes

I am trying to use Exchange or outlook 97 for a front end for lotus notes. I can't seem to get this to work. I am using lotus notes v4.6.1a and outlook/exchange. My problem is that Outlook/Exchange blows off on open or right after open. Anyone know what this is? I have ran on NT, NT server, and Win95 with no luck.<br>
