Exchange on Win Server 2K3

Has anyone got Exchange 5.5 working on a Win server 2003 or is anyone aware of any compatibility issues? We currently have Ex 5.5 working with no issues on Win server 2000 but are required to upgrade to win server 2003.

Exchange 5.5 won't work on Windows 2003. Neither wil Exchange 2000.
From Microsoft site for further reference...
Exchange 2000 SP3 and 5.5 SP4 will not run natively on a Windows Server 2003. However, these versions of Exchange running on Windows 2000 Server may participate in a Windows Server 2003 Active Directory environment. For more information, read Microsoft Knowledge Base article 810591, which describes in greater detail the compatibility of Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server and Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 with Windows Server 2003.
