Exchange missing tabs on some users....

Hi guys,

We've recently upgraded from exchange 5.5 to exchange 2000 on new servers.
We migrated most users and mailboxes across no problem. However I have since migrated the occassional user/mailbox since the upgrade and after doing so the user fails to have any exchange tabs within their properties. I'm pretty sure these users have been migrated in the same way as before.

We have exchange system manager installed on the same machine so to see all the mailbox stores on each of our servers, old and new.

This is troubling me greatly...

Any one any ideas or things to check?

Thought I'd post some relevant info:

The tabs that are missing are Exchange Genreal; E-mail Addresses; Exchange Features and Exchange Advnaced.

The users concerned have email addresses and are linked to their mailboxes fine but these details (such as email address on the General Tab at the botton do not show, the mail box store does not show in the Exchange Mailbox Store column in the OU in Active Directory.

Any other info i can provide to help?
