We have been experiencing a few problems with our exchange server, certain e-mails can't be deleted, mailboxes corrupt, and the 16GB limit has almost been reached.

We have taken a copy of priv.edb and pub.edb and and ran the following commands

isinteg -FIX -PRI -TEST ALLTESTS

eseutil /d

Everything seemed to work ok. However we still receive the following logged warning if we run isinteg again.

Warning: MsgFolder 41 (Fid=0002-000000002B50, Mid=0001-0000003685DD, Inid=0001-0000003ED2DB): Prop ptagMailboxGUID(676C0102) was not found in the ptagMsgPropList.

I am unable to find any reference to such and error on technet or the tek-tips forum. If anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated. Also am I doing the right thing by running these utilities, will I run into any problems

Run the eseutil /g which is the integrity checker to verify your priv.edb is still consistent. If it is not consistent then run eseutil /r which is the soft recovery.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
