Here's what I did (very dumb idea).

I right clicked on a mailbox store in Exchange Administrator. I selected properties then went to the security tab. I set deny on the 'Read' permissions of 'Everyone'. Now when I go into Exchange Administrator, I do not see that mailbox store anymore. Is there any way to change those permissions back? I see that the data files exist on the server, but the mailbox store is not listed.

You did what!!!!!!! Think about what you did. Set Deny to EVERYONE that includes Admins!

You could try setting the permissions at a higher level and forcing inheritence down and keep your figures crossed.

It may be worth seeing if you can reverse the change using ADSI Edit:

Configiguration > Services > Microsoft Exchange > Your Org > Administrative Groups > Admin Group in Question > Servers > Server in Question > InformationStore > Public Folder Store in Question.

Right click on the public folder store in ADSI edit and select properties, then select the security tab. See if you can change the permissions from there.
