A user recently changed their name from "Chris Jones" to "Christopher Jones". Ever since then, the Exchange mailbox backups fail with this error...

Backup - \\EXSERVER\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes

Directory not found. Can not backup directory ?Jones, Chris [cjones] and its subdirectories.

The backups still run successfully, but are marked as failed because of this. The old username (Jones, Chris) doesn't show up in the selection list at all, the new one is there though (Jones, Christopher), yet it still fails. I've even removed that mailbox from the nightly backup and it still failed. Any ideas where its getting this name from as it doesn't show anywhere in the selection list?

Thanks,
Chris

NIx45, change the selection list view to text - you will then see the mailbox, and you able to delete the line trying to back it up - then resubmit your job.
