How do i find out my exchange 2000 liscene key??

i have exchange 2000 installed.. i want to install it again ona new server, but hav elsot my liscence key...

is there anyway to find out what my key is?

I vaguely remember some T&C for the Tek Tips forums along the lines that password and licence key retrieval info should not be posted ?

If anybody can advise me otherwise, I would be happy to post a link to another excellent Exchange site that has this info

Ok let me explain my problem further.

I have come to upgrade my network to 2003 native... I have 4 exchange box's all on 2000... i am going to upgrade them to 2003 exchange next week, then 2003 server afterwards.

It has been 2 years since we implemented the 2000 box's and do no longer have our liscence key. I need a way of finding MY liscence key for my company.. from the existing verison i have. We purchsed liscence that would be compatible for both 2000 and 2003. but chsoe to install 2000 2 years ago as we were 2000 native.

While I am sure there are free tools available that meet your needs, I know of none off the top of my head.

A quick google does however reveal one or two purchasable utilities. Perhaps a more extensive google session on your part may help?
