Exchange GAL and Entourage Client

Can anyone please advise me how i can import or access an Exchange 2003 global address list from within Entourage?
I can access the GAL via LDAP (3268) however have to manually add the entries to the Entourag Personal address list which isn't convenient as GAL entries frequently change
