exchange emails coming in personal folder instead of public

hi
we have exchange 2000. one user is receving all the mails sent to the public folder in her personal folder. this is the user which has all the folders residing in public folders added in her account. the place i am talking is when we see the properties of outlook and when we check the change email accounts tab at that place it shows pop3 account, exchange account and all the folders in the public folders.
as in my case i have only pop3 and exchange.

this was running fine as of yesterday.
cant guess, wht could do this/
any help is appreciated.

habe you checked the mail control panel under Exchange props, second tab (forget what its called) - deliver to may have been changed to send all mail to personal folder instead of public folder...

1. close outlook
2. Control Panel=>mail=>Email Accounts
3. View or change existing email accounts
4. Deliver new Email to the following folder
Mailbox - USERNAME

If this still doesn't work, check her rules.
