Hi,
I posted a problem with this error before but we thought it turned out to be a Address Book corruption. Now after almost 1 week (well done ARCserve) the problem has returned.
Child 2003 Domain with Exchange 2003
Parent 2003 Domain with Exchange 2003
I am using the Configured dbagent account from the parent domain for both Parent and Child. This way it has the rights to the Enterprise Exchange system. However the exchange agent in the child domain gets the following error.
08/04/04 17:14 Connect Exchange Backup Agent
08/04/04 17:14 Backup Agent Error -- (85) "Invalid user ID or password was submitted.".
The agent in the Parent domain works fine. I used the Config wizard to configure the agent for brick level. I also manually checked that the account has the corrcet rights (group membershiop, exchagne admin, log on as service etc etc)
Any ideas?
