Exchange Disaster Recovery Issue

My client is currently using a DR hotsite where Exchange2003 is being replicated using XOsoft. What would be a reasonable amount of time for Exchange to be up and running at the DR site if the exchange server at the main office were to fail for whatever reason? I'm just trying to get some kind of idea because the DR site hosting company hasn't yet answered that question.

That depends on how XOsoft is configured. I'm sure it would all be in the documentation.

I don't have the documentation, the DR site has all the information. I was just looking for some feedback from anyone who is using the product. Thanks
