Exchange Disaster Recovery Help

I have a Active Active Passive Exchange cluster and we are doing a DR test where we will only have two servers available with a ton of space but no SAN connections.

I have tried to do this in a test environment but have not had any luck. Are there any KB articles or anything published that can walk me through how to do this?

During DR you should not worry about restoring a cluster, you should only worry about restoring the Exchange store.

I tried to restore the store, but would I build the server as the node name or the actual physical server name? I tried the exchange Virtual Server name but it kept coming back telling me it was a clustered server and that I could not install or restore Exchange.
