Exchange Database File Inconsistent / Dirty Shutdown

Hi all,

I have an Exchange database that will not mount.

When I do try to mount it, it tells me the c1041739 Database Files are Inconsistent.

I have ran eseutil /mh which tells me the state is "dirty shutdown"

I am currently running eseutil /p which appears to be halted at around 15% but I will of course give it plenty of time to continue.

I will then try to mount and maybe run an off line defrag if required.

Does anyone have any advice on this problem or a better approach to resolving it?

This site has no backups either! Nice!
