ok, here's my situation right now:
i have an offsite hosted site, let's say myhome.com. i also have an offsite hosted site called mycompany.com. i have a router/firewall combo setup on my site. i have a business dsl line. i have exchange 2000 setup on my 2000 server, with current updates.
now, i want to recieve mail from both domains, and route it to whichever user it belongs to. is i point the mx records of my websites to my dsl line, and punch a hole in my firewall for all smtp protocols from those ip's (mycompany.com is 10.10.10.7 and myhomer.com is 10.10.10.12), will exchange be able to handle both sets of mail?
i've got the mx records pointed right now, and i've punched a firewall. what's next?
