Exchange Configuration?????

I am a fairly new user to Exhange Server 2000. I am looking into implementing some new things like, mailbox size limits and attachments size limits. I am looking for some kind of standard setup or some white papers on a good configuration for Exchange server 2000. I have about 30 on exchange, and growing very fast.

Any help would be much Appreciated.
