Exchange Backup Issues

After installing SP1 for Windows Server 2003 Enterprise on both nodes of my clustered Exchange boxes my information store backups do about 200 meg of the backup and the job completes and says successfull. However I know I have 172 gig worth of Information Stores. Backup Exec is version 10 with SP3 cleanly installed after removing 9.0 which was the version I was running. I attempted upgrading to BE 10 to resolve my issues. I tested the credentials for the backup and they are good. I can browse from the node with BE on it to the information store locations without any issue. Any help would be appreciated as I've been waiting quite a while for VEritas to return my support call. Any other info that would be helpfull ask and I will post it.
