Exchange Back up Failed

Hi all,

I've a problem with Brightstore arcerve back up 9 Build 2050 (french version so i translated the messages).

When my scheduled job works the back up of exchange mailboxes fails. I have the following errors & warning:

W3073: Impossible to open an user session (user=arcserve, CE=RIVILEGE NOT HELD)

E8601: Failed to connect to agent (AGENT=dbaxchg2, CE=1385)

E8601: Failed to connect to agent (AGENT=\\**\dbaxchg2, CE=FAiled to open the session: the user don't have the session's opening type asked on this computer.

I tried to do the job again each time I have these errors.

So I decided to try to change the Agent Back Up For Microsoft Exchange account but i have the following message:

Failed to authentificate the account.

I don't see what i can do?
