Exchange and Unix Qmail

Is their any connector or migration way to move users and Information from a unix Qmail server V.1.03 to an Exchange server??
Our company wants to stop hosting services and bring our domain name in-house....any recommendations as to how to approach such a project???

My knowledge is with the Exchange side, NOT the unix
I am trying to see if anyone has any experience with migration.
