I have a interesting situation. Our exchange server has groupshield 4.5 installed on it and netshield is also running in the background. For some reason new user's are recieving virus's in their email. I will create a brand new exchange user and the next day virus's are coming into that mailbox. Can an infected workstation somehow be monitoring what is being send and recieved on the exchange server?

Any ideas?

Not if the permissions are right. Check groupshield and netshield and see if they are passiong the virus through or if they conflict with each other. Read the event log.

Make that Netshield is excluded from scanning the exchange server folders. It will see a lot of virus's that don't exist.
