Exchange Agent for Exchange 2000

I can´t connect from the Arcserce Manager to the
Exchange.

Message:
"Exchange Agent is not installed"

On the Exchange Server i installed the Arcserve Agent
and Outlook 2000.

What is the Problem?

Is your Arcserve Manager on a different server? If so, you may need to install the client Agent on your Exchange Server as well. Thanks,
