Exchange Agent Error EC=425

Has anyone ever had the following error :
E8601 Failed to connect agent. (AGENT=dbaxchg2, EC=425)

Plenty of info about other E8601 errors, but I cant seem to find anything regarding this one. Any ideas ?

WIN2K server and Arcserv 2000 SP3
