Exchange 55 to 2000 different domain

We are trying to migrate our Exchange 55 server (NT 4 w/sp3) to a new 2000 exchange server. The 55 and 2000 servers are on two DIFFERENT domains. Both the 55 server and the domain are not part of the 2000 site. Could someone please give me an idea of how to start the process of migrating. We have already run the forest and domain prep utilities, installed the ADC from the Exchange 2000 cd. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Basically setup a trust and add your Win2k account into the 3 areas of 5.5 Org, Site, Config and then install ADC and Join Org during forestprep and domainprep then Install E2K and move mailboxes. Dan
