Exchange 55 > 2000 Migration - Mailbox disconnects

Hi,
I have been asked to investigate a problem where after an apparent migration of a mailbox (using move mailbox from Ex55 to Ex2000) the mailbox disconnects after an hour or so. This is dispite the mbox owner being able to initially succesfully login and access their mail. Something is running to cause the disconnect but I can't see what. Any suggestions from you gurus out there.
