Exchange 5.5 Standard to 2003

I currently have 2 servers installed with Exchange 5.5 Standard Edition. Currently I am on the edge to start installing a new server with W2K3 and E2K3. How do I go about a migration from these 2 servers to the new W2K3, and then phasing out the 5.5 Servers but leaving one as the primary domain controller ?

I am in the same situation only with one current exch. 5.5 server. We will be phasing out the old 5.5 server and only running the single Win2k3/Exch2k3 Server. Any progress/problems with the migration?

Troye: At this stage I have just finished installing Windows 2003 on a RAID 5 Configured server. Currently I am in the process of installing the Active Directory.
