Exchange 5.5 Restore account deleted

This is probably the so easy, but I do not want to mess anything up. An email account was deleted this morning, then asked to restore it. I am using exchange 5.5 running on 2k server. Veritas 9.1 and exchange agent. We backup the Directory and Information Store every night. Now when I go to restore the account, I am not sure how to go about restoring just the account that was deleted. I do not see an option for it. My other question is, if I restore the IS to its original location, will it overwrite or duplicate messages? Can I tell it to restore just what is missing and everything new to leave the way it is?
