Exchange 5.5 new service provider

I have a exchange server currently on Demon ISDN we are changing to Demon ADSL, can anyone tell me what I have to configure in exchange for the new service to run? is there a username and password login anywhere?

Have you looked at the Dial-up Connections tab in the IMS?

Demon is listed there but not checked and the options are all greyed out?
