Exchange 5.5 installation error

Has anyone ever seen an error when installing 5.5 that states "Failed while attempting to remove Outlook Web Access"

I then get "The account specified for this server is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process."

Please help, I got this tossed on my lap and really have no clue.

I figured it out, the guy before had set a different account up for the World Wide Web Publishing Service to login with.

Reset it up and it went off without a hitch.
