Exchange 5.5 forwarding all outbound email to relay

Hello all,

Our exchange 5.5 server sends its emails out through our router which gets a cable assigned IP address, unfotunately this is being blocked by some people to prevent spam.

I have to set up the server to forward all emails to the cable ISP relay server, but I don't know how to do this and the ISP wont support me.

Can anyone help me out?
