exchange 5.5 and windows 2003 AD

We have a NT 4.0 networking environment and woon we will be swithcing our PDC to a Windows server 2003 OS. However we will like to leave our exchange 5.5 server on NT 4.0 for a few more months to get some things worked out. Will our exhcnage server work correctly under this enviroment by using the Active directory connector? Also is this a utility which can be downloaded or it gets installed once active directory is setup on the PDC?

Yes, Exchange 5.5 can happily run on NT4 with a 2K3 environment running the accounts. You'll need to set up the ADC after you've configured your AD.
