I'm wondering if there is anyone out there using Trend Micro ScanMail for Exchange 5.5 SP4. We have a problem in the morning where our CPU utilization is really high and STORE is taking about 35% to 40% of it. The MTA queue also starts backing up and routing of messages through the MTA slows to a crawl. We end up waiting to see if the queue starts routing better but when the backup gets to about 100 messages we decide to turn the RealTime ScanMail off and the queue dumps out and goes to zero.
Any ideas? Everything points to Trend being the culprit.
