exchange 5.0

The problem is with a exchange 5.0. i know it is an ancient system but our customer doesn't want to change it.

Everything is working well, but there is one user who is not able to get mails. According to the logs, the mail reach his mailbox but he is not able to display it.
Is there any idea what this could be?
