We are currnetly using Netbackup 5.0 and would like to backup the public mail store on our mail server. We keep getting an invalid file list specification error everytime our backup runs.

Under our Mail server Policy we have choosen the following folders as our backup selections:

New_Stream
Microsoft Exchange Public Folders:\[*]


Please let me know if you need anymore info. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am using Netbackup 4.5fp6 on HPUX. Our policy file list looks like this.

New_Stream
Microsoft Exchange Public Folders:\

I don't believe you need the wildcard [*] following the directory path. That or I'm not backing up what I should be . Anyone else please correct me if I'm wrong on this one.
