Can anyone please help me out? My exchange server crashed (hardware related) I have since rebuilt it but I keep having issues with users losing their settings. It keeps pointing them to the old server. Please Help!!!

If the original Exchange box was the first server, then there will be remnants of it in the Active Directory. Check out the Microsoft Support site and search for "remove the first server" or something similar. There's a Q article all aboput it.
