I work for Intel and we have all the Microsoft products on the LAN with full licensing based on department.

My question is...

I am getting ready install Exchange 2003 Enterprise but I can not tell if it is the Evaluation Version or the retail version. The question came up is I d/l the evaluation version to test and weeks later when I went to install the retail version, the directory structures, files and everything looks the same in the installation folders. Is there any way by looking at the installation folder to tell the difference? All the file sizes etc were the same.

The supposedly retail edition was an ISO image and the CD name was E3EVOLENG. Does that show anything? The trial was a d/l. Does anyone know the name of the CD volume for the trial?

Thanks!

E3EEVAENG is for eval...the one i downloaded anyway

look in the i386 directory at eula.txt
it will say at the very top whether it is eval edition
