Setup: Single domain, single Exchange Server 2003 SP1. Mail sent to certain domains are not sent out and stay in the queue; forcing connection does no help.
We contacted the receipient company and there is no block on the sending domain. The domain is not on any black lists.
We tried sending mail from another domain / exchange server to the receipient - no problems. It seems to be an Exchange related issue.
Any ideas.
Thanks for all the help.

William

90% of the time this is a DNS related issue. Try putting several more DNS upstream forwarders in.

What errors do the messages give?

Hi, Zelandakh

That was the issue. It was using an old DNS server no longer available.

Many Thanks
