Exchange 2003 and OWA setup help......

Hi, we will be migrating from 5.5 to 2003 soon, we currently have OWA 5.5 on the DMZ, but how does Exchange 2003 and OWA 2003 have to be setup? Does the Exchange 2003 still stay on the "inside" and OWA 2003 on the "DMZ"?

How is OWA install if it is on the DMZ? And does in use IIS 6?
