Exchange 2000 Server Setup!

I need a simple detailed easy to understand guide to setting up Exchange 2000 server. I'm having some challenges to setting up my test Exchange server and I need a good guide. I've looked around quite a bit and I get information on everything about Exchange except how to simply set it up. Any help is appreciated.

I'm actually good with this part of the setup, I should have said post installation. What do I need to do next to configure my domain and clients to use Exchange/Outlook. How do I add mailboxes, etc. Thanks for the feedback.

You're probably going to be better served dropping a few dollars on a decent admin guide. I'd suggest anything from the MS Press. I personally keep "Exchangew 2000 Server Administrator's Pocket Consultant" on my desk.

I'm Certifiable, not certified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.
