exchange 2000 sch dial up

I'm trying to create an automatic dial-up between my exchange server (Exchange2K running on w2K) and an ISP to download and emails.

However I'm unable to schedule the dial-up.

I have to manually connect to the modem, to send and recieve emails.

Any ideas how to automatically configure the dial-up?
