I did a search for this and could not find an answer. This could be due to it being a simple question
.
Lets say I work for Company A. We own the domain and all the emails are directed to our Exchange server. I have an email address of abc@companyA.com. I pick these emails up in Outlook.
I also work for a subsidery of this company (Company B) - again we own the domain and again all the email (to abc@companyB.com) get directed to our Exchange server and the emails are read in Outlook (same profile as Company A). So I receive email for two different accounts into one Outlook profile.
Thats fine - but is there a way of being able to change which account Exchange uses when I reply to emails. So - if I get an email into Exchange for Company A - I want to reply from my Company A address. Same with Company B.
Is there a way to do that (if I have made it make sense).
This is something that will happen in the future - and I'd like to get ahead of the game now if i can...
Any help would be great
