Exchange 2000 IM Groups

Hi,
I've been hunting around for two things regarding IM groups.

1. Can the "Microsoft Exchange Instant Messaging" group be renamed in the IM clients?

2. Is there a way to move Exchange IM clients into other groups? Is there a way to create sub-groups to the ""Microsoft Exchange Instant Messaging" group?
