Exchange 2000 - Hiding addresses

Hope someone can help with my latest task,

My CEO would like to send a "personalised email to all employees" and would like it to look like the following:

To: <member of staffs name>

From: <CEO's Name>

We want to send the email using a couple of large Windows 2000 AD distribution groups.

any ideas on how to just show the recipients name instead of the group name?

hmmm,

decided to dump the addresses from AD and use a traditional word based mail merge.

Duh huh! Everyday has been a Monday this week...
