Hello everyone, first post here. We are having a serious issue that we can't seem to figure out.
We have 2 users on a dedicated 384K line, going to an exchange server about 20 miles away, through a VPN. The issue is, when you open an email, a 2MB file for example, it takes approximately 1 minute just to open the email, and another 1 minute to download the file as well. It seems like it is double downloading for some reason.
We have eliminated the VPN/link being a problem by going to another exchange server (farther away, even) -- when we go to that exchange server, it takes about 1 minute to open the email then about 4 seconds to save it (since it has already downloaded the entire message it seems).
Any help would be appreciated. A free round for those who help us solve this thing!
