Exchange 2000 - disable x400 address

On our exchange server it automatically generates an X400 address for each user.

If we remove the address from the users profile it seems to regenerate itself.

X400 is a service we no longer use, how can i turn this of and stop it regenerating

The X-400 is for internal use, Exchange uses it locally. _{If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, excpect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.
