Exchange 2000 cannot move mailboxes to another Server

Hi,

When I try and move a mailbox from one server to another I get the following error:

Results:

Error: Moving messages.
CN=[username],OU=sw,Real Users=ad,DC=glasgow:
The MAPI call failed.
MAPI or an unspecified service provider.
ID no: 80004005-0000-00000000

any help would be much appreciated

SYMPTOMS
When you perform a move mailbox operation from an Exchange 2000 computer that has antivirus software installed, you may receive the following error message:

Error: Moving messages
CN=TestUser,CN=Users,
DC=Machine,DC=Company,DC=Com:
The MAPI call failed.
MAPI or an unspecified service provider.
ID no: 80004005-0000-00000000
