Exchange 2000 Archivivng/Deleting

We need to develop a centralised archiving/deletion policy for Exchange 2000, as our mailstores are rapidly growing. We would prefer this route rather than relying on our users to archive themselves.

Is there an existing Exchange utility or could we do via policies or would we have to use a third-party solution?
Any advice gratefully received.

Mailbox Manager. It ships with Exchange.

You can also setup limits on storage via the store or a system policy if you have multiple stores. Dan
