Hi Everyone,

I need to know how to add the Exchange Tabs in AD.
System Manager is installed on the server, so that isn't the issue.

We migrated users into our domain from NT to a 2003 AD environment after migrating our main environment.

ADC Tools were run prior to our initial migration (those users have the tabs), and then was not run before migraing the other domains into ours. I have run ADC Tools since the other domains were added, but that is not adding the tabs.

I am trying to migrate our Exchange 5.5 environment to Exchange 2003, but for users without Exchange associated in their AD profile I only get the option to create a new mailbox, and not move their existing mailbox.

Any help would be appreciated,
Jeannine

No, that isn't the issue.

We had to remove the exchange attributes from the disabled id, and delete the disabled id. Then we rerand the connection agreement from ADC. That got the mailbox associated with the correct id.

Can you give us more information about your configuration?
Probably you have a root domain which is already Windows 2003 domain. You have an Active CA (connection agreement) in place between an existing exchange 5.5 org and this domain.
Please, correct me if the above assumptions are wrong.
Do you have other domains, are they upgraded to windows 2000/2003?
What about other Exchange 5.5 orgs?
We need more info about your config.
