Exch 5.5, ntbackup and another process?

Ok I think I've got it.

In the MDBdata folder on the Exchange server there is a PRIV.PAT file, probably from a failed attempt to back it up with ARCserve, and I believe NTBACKUP sees that file and thinks that there is another backup taking place.
