We have two users in a remote office that when they log in through the PNAgent they say it takes almost 5 minutes to load personal settings. If a different user logs in from the same machines to the same application they do not experience the wait time. The wait does not seem as long when loading via NFUSE.

This is MF:XP FR:2 running on W2000 SP3, the clients are running NT4
Their profiles are not large, 1.04 and 1.37 MB each.
So far I checked permissions on all drives that are being remapped during launch, added the users to the same groups as those not having the problem, deleted their profiles from the Farm, and reinstalled the PNAgent the their machines.

Any suggestion??

Thanks

Sounds like it could be printer related.

If it is auto creating the printers from a remote location, the drivers may not be on the server, causing it to failover to the Universal print driver if you are configured that way.

have a user log in then check the event logs to see the printer warnings to confirm this.
