If a call has excessive hold time (or connect time) we can be notified via CDR output or TFS code once the call has ended. Is there any class of service that can be applied to an analogue set that will alarm or notify me during the call with excessive hold time, not just when the call has completed?

in your timer data, look up hold recall timer

When I state hold time, I mean the duration of a call, not if it is on hold. I guess I used bad terminology for this question. The call is never on hold. I should have used the term "connect time". I have some calls (automated) that last for days at a time. I would like to be alerted that these calls are currently in progress and have exceed a predefined duration.

Does that make more sense?
