Exception EOleSysError in module WinSPM

I just installed WinSPM 5.0 on my Win 7 machine. However, when I try to initialize it I get the above mentioned error. Any recommendations?

Not positive, but I don't think WinSPM will work on Windows 7. Windows XP emulation mode may work for it.
